These Terms govern the use of services and courses provided by RKC Digital Media and Masterclass by RKC Digital.
1. Service Scope
The scope of work will be clearly defined in the proposal or onboarding document.
Any additional work outside the defined scope will incur extra charges.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be completed before service delivery or course access.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable.
- For EMIs or subscription plans, all installments must be paid on time.
3. Client Responsibilities (For Service Clients)
The client agrees to:
- Provide timely approvals, content, brand guidelines, and inputs.
- Follow the agreed timeline.
- Understand that delays due to incomplete inputs are not the agency’s responsibility.
4. Course Access Rules (For Students)
- Login details are for personal use only.
- Sharing, downloading, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.
- Violation may lead to account termination with no refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, modules, strategies, and materials are the property of RKC Digital Media.
Clients and students may not resell, copy, or reuse any material without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
RKC Digital Media is not liable for:
- Loss of revenue or business due to delays caused by the client
- Misuse of course material
- Outcomes not achieved due to insufficient implementation by the client/student
7. Privacy & Data
All client and student information will be kept confidential and used only for service or course purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
RKC Digital Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
