1. No Cancellation
Once a payment is made to RKC Digital Media or Masterclass by RKC Digital, the order cannot be cancelled.
This applies to all:
- Digital marketing services
- Creative services
- Website/video projects
- Online courses
- Masterclasses
- Subscription/EMI plans
2. No Refund
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
This includes situations such as:
- Change of mind
- Not using the service/course
- Personal reasons
- Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs
Once access or onboarding is provided, no refund request will be accepted.
3. Service Delivery
For services, work begins immediately after onboarding and therefore refunds or cancellations cannot be granted.
For courses and masterclasses, digital access is provided instantly or within 24 hours, hence no refund.
