- Delivery timelines for services are provided during onboarding or in the proposal.
- Course access for “Masterclass by RKC Digital” is provided instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment.

Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of:
- Your service or course purchased
- Access link / onboarding form
- Expected timeline for delivery (for service clients)

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made to RKC Digital Media and Masterclass by RKC Digital are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
This applies to:
- Digital marketing services
- Branding or creative services
- Website or video projects
- Online courses
- Masterclasses
- Subscription or installment plans
Why no refunds?
Our services and courses involve immediate allocation of resources, digital access, strategy planning, and backend setup. Because these benefits are delivered instantly or resources are reserved for you, refunds cannot be offered.
Cancellations
Once payment is completed:
- Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Access to courses cannot be revoked in exchange for a refund.
- Service contracts remain active as per the agreed scope.
